Notary Services

​Poseyville Carnegie Public Library offers free notary services for most documents. Please ensure to bring non-expired,  legal identification, and call beforehand to ensure a notary is on staff that day. We prefer appointments for notary services.


​Do not sign the document prior to coming in. Our notary must witness the signing. 


​The PCPL cannot ensure witnesses to each notary. If your document requires them, ensure to have them present at the signing.​

Test Proctoring

We offer test proctoring services. Please consult your testing institution for guidelines before making an appointment.

  • Please make and confirm an appointment; Proctor availability is not guaranteed without one.
