Pandemic Policy

The following are not permitted on Library premises:

• Eating and/or drinking except when provided or permitted during library programs
• Leaving children unsupervised [see PCPL Unattended Child Policy]
• Loud, obscene, or threatening language
• Physical harassment or threats of physical harm
• Fighting and roughhousing
• Any form of sexual misconduct, including exposure, offensive touching or sexual harassment of other patrons or staff
• Loitering
• Sleeping
• Begging, solicitation, or sales
• Gambling
• Use of tobacco products inside the Library
• Possessing and/or use of alcohol or illegal drugs

 These rules are for the protection of all who use the Library. Library staff retain the right to ask patrons to leave the Library premises or ban a patron from the Library for noncompliance with these rules.
